There will be no onsite registrations due to limited amount of participants.

Carolina Beach Open Container Policy (Alcohol)

It is illegal to have "open" alcohol on the beach as well as glass containers within the town limits of Carolina Beach. $50 ticket follows if sighted with glass on the beach.

NaClCON includes adult-themed content and events. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older, or accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. NaClCON reserves the right to verify age and enforce access restrictions.
